Loaded Mashed Potato Bowls
Ingredients
- 4 cups mashed potatoes (Note 1)
- 12 chicken nuggets (Note 2)
- 12 ounces frozen corn
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 strips fully cooked bacon
- 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Follow the cooking instructions on the package of frozen corn. Set aside.
- Place 1 cup of warmed mashed potatoes in each bowl - season with salt and black ground pepper.
- Cut each chicken nugget into fourths. Add four nuggets to the bowl.
- Add a couple of spoonfuls of the cooked corn to the top of each bowl.
- Sprinkle a teaspoon of green onion tops.
- Add a quarter cup of sour cream.
- Drizzle ranch over it all, and enjoy.
