Freeze a banana the day before. Use a baking sheet covered in parchment paper or wax paper.
Place the bowl you are going to use for the smoothie bowl in the freezer. This allows the bowl to be cold and will help slow the melting that happens.
Prep your topping options before you blend the smoothie.
Add the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and a strawberry jam to the cup using a blender.
Blend and pulse until smooth. You will need to scrape the sides of the container and keep mixing until smooth. If needed, add a small bit of milk or water to help blend.
Remove the bowl from the freezer and pour the smoothie into the bowl. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy immediately.
