1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon dried chipotle powder
½ teaspoon freeze dried chives

Notes

Note 1: Ancho chili powder can be tricky to find. I purchase it on Amazon.

Taco Flavored Ground Beef:

Use 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning and ½ cup water per one pound of meat. Simmer until water is absorbed and the beef is well seasoned. Add more seasoning mix if desired.

Low FODMAP Notes:

Low FODMAP ingredient information is based on the Monash University Food App and FODMAP Friendly App testing results.
