In a food processor or a high-speed blender, pulse the Oreos until they turn to fine crumbs.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
Add the melted butter and pulse four more times.
Remove the Oreo crumb mixture and press it into a 9-inch pie plate. Use the side of a measuring cup or your fingers to press the crumbs into the pie pan. Do not delay this step and let the butter cool. It is easier to press into the pan while the butter is still warm.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 8-10 minutes or until firm. Do not overbake.
Cool the pie crust before filling.

Note 1: Regular Oreos will keep the crust together better than Double-Stuffed Oreos. You can use any variety of gluten-free Oreos, like mint or golden. Estimated Nutrition Information does not include any pie fillings.
