Use a 6-quart Instant Pot or electric pressure cooker. Spray the inner liner with cooking spray for easy clean-up.
To the inner liner, add the chicken broth, brown rice, and salt. Stir. Do not do this step in advance. The rice will absorb the liquid and become mush.
Place the sealing ring firmly in place. Put the cover on and set it to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 22 minutes. Allow the pressure to naturally release. Once the pin drops, open the cover.
Add the butter and lime juice to the cooked brown rice. Chop the cilantro and add it. Stir.
Enjoy immediately.
