Making Blackstone Fried Rice is quick, easy, and very practical! Plus, it is a budget-friendly option, using inexpensive ingredients for a quick dinner.
Preheat the Blackstone to a medium heat. Spread out a small amount of avocado oil. Use your spatula to spread the oil over the entire griddle top.
Add the leftover rice to one side of the Blackstone. Break up any clumps and spread it out into a thin layer. Add four tablespoons of butter to the top of the rice.
On the other side of the grill, add the peas and carrots. With a large metal spatula, spread the veggies out into a single layer.
Next, add some more butter to melt to scramble the eggs. Add the eggs into the melted butter and use the spatula to scramble the eggs. The eggs will cook quickly; do not overcook them.
Next, combine the veggies, the fried rice, and eggs. Add the green onions. Stir it all together.
Pour the soy sauce and the toasted sesame oil over the mixture and stir. Taste and add any additional seasoning depending on your taste preference.
